The contract solicits 50 electromagnetic relays identified by NSN 5945010708933 and part number MS27750-2, conforming to MIL-PRF-6106R(1) Supplement 1A and MS27750J specifications. This is an indefinite delivery contract under SPE7M1-26-U-4585 with a maximum value of $350,000, but the listed quantity is estimated and not guaranteed, meaning obligations arise only upon issuance of a delivery order. The item is a critical application component, subject to strict qualification requirements mandating supply from a Qualified Products List or Qualified Manufacturers List. Delivery must occur within 215 days after order placement, under FOB destination terms, with inspection and acceptance performed at the destination point. Packaging must comply with MIL-STD-2073-1E and DLA’s RP001 packaging requirements, including preservation method 41, unit container D3, and intermediate containers as specified. Marking must follow MIL-STD-129 with the special code ZZ–ZZ, and component lead finish must be labeled per IPC/JEDEC J-STD-609 to indicate Pb or Pb-free status. Use of ozone-depleting substances in manufacturing or processing is prohibited unless explicit written approval is obtained from the Contracting Officer, and this restriction overrides any conflicting specification but does not reduce performance requirements. The contract applies to non-commercial items only, excluding part-numbered-only items. Compliance with cybersecurity standards is enforced via DFARS 252.240-7997 and 252.204-7012, which require NIST SP 800-171 controls and cyber incident reporting. Numerous FAR and DFARS clauses are incorporated, including deviations related to combating human trafficking, employment verification, sustainable products, hazardous materials, safeguarding systems, changes, subcontracting, and small business representations. All proposals must be submitted via DIBBS by the August 6, 2026 deadline, and award will be made on a lowest price technically acceptable basis. Invoicing must be processed through WAWF, and offerors must provide UEI and CAGE data while certifying small business status if applicable. No contract modifications or amendments are noted, and the contracting officer retains authority to insert administrative data such as payment and accounting details into
