RELAY, ROTARY

This contract pertains to the procurement of three rotary relays with NSN 5945-01-123-8307, issued under solicitation SPE7M5-26-T-314K by the Department of Defense’s Active Devices Division. The item must comply with all technical and quality requirements referenced in the DLA Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements, with revisions controlled by the solicitation issue date for simplified acquisitions or the RFP issue date for larger ones. Shipments are to be delivered FOB origin, with no variance in quantity permitted, and will be inspected and accepted at the destination. The delivery schedule requires fulfillment within 168 days of award, with a required ship date of January 5, 2027 and original delivery deadline of April 9, 2027.
