The contract is for the procurement of 16 solid state relays with NSN 5945-01-633-0852 under solicitation SPE7M5-26-T-333N, issued by the Defense Logistics Agency’s Active Devices Division. The total contract value is $256.00 at a unit price of $16.00 per unit, with no variance allowed in quantity and delivery required within 130 days after government direction (ADO). Delivery is FOB Destination to the DLA Distribution facility in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania, with inspection and acceptance occurring at that location. Packaging must comply with MIL-STD-2073-1E using QUP 001, preservation method 41, and packaging code U, with all units marked in accordance with MIL-STD-129. Each individual unit pack must be labeled with lead (Pb) or Pb-free attribute markings per IPC/JEDEC J-STD-609, paragraphs 5.3.1 and 5.3.2, with placement governed by paragraph 6.2. The contractor must maintain compliance with cybersecurity safeguards as required by DFARS 252.204-7012 and NIST SP 800-171 DOD Assessment Requirements.
