THIS IS A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ) ONLY. This RFQ gives notice of a


Requirement for commercial services, using the procedures in FAR Part 13 and FAR Part 19.  This is a 100% small business set aside.  The NAICS code will be 9238210 and the PSC code is 5895.


The IRS seeks quote from a contractor to support the removal of the existing Main Distribution Frame (MDF) location and the reconfiguration of fiber infrastructure to two existing Intermediate Distribution Frames (IDFs) and all tasks associated with moving the MDF and affected wiring at 450 GOLDEN GATE AVE SAN FRANCISCO CALIFORNIA, 6TH FLOOR to support the release of a portion of the 6th floor where the MDF is located.  Demolition of the MDF room and associated demolition activities will be performed by others; support in accordance with the attached scope of work.  


The government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation.  The government anticipates to accept the quote that is the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable LPTA.


Responses are due by 3:00pm EST on 08/26/2026. There will be no exceptions to the time and date on which responses are due, unless determined otherwise by the Government.
