Remanufacture Submerged Pump & two (2) Fuel Pump Housings

This is a requirement for the Remanufacture of the B-2 Submerged Pump and two (2) Fuel Pump Housings. The contractor shall provide all labor, facilities, equipment and all material to accomplish repair, test, packing, preservation and packaging of the B-2 Submerged Pump and two (2) Fuel Pump Housings. A firm fixed price requirements type contract is contemplated. The contract period will be one year with four one-year options. Item 0002: Remanufacture NSN 2915-01-393-0178FW, P/N DAA3272P001-241; Applicable to B-2 aircraft; Basic Year Quantity, 12 each; Option I Year Quantity, 12 each; Option II Year Quantity, 12 each; Option III Year Quantity, 12 each; Option IV Year Quantity, 12 each. Item 0003: Remanufacture NSN 2915-01-388-3014FW, P/N DAA3272P033-227; Applicable to B-2 aircraft; Basic Year Quantity, 12 each; Option I Year Quantity, 12 each; Option II Year Quantity, 12 each; Option III Year Quantity, 12 each; Option IV Year Quantity, 12 each. Item 0004: Over and Above Work; Item 0005: Data IAW DD1423s. Deliveries are to be in accordance with instructions received from the Production Management Specialist prior to shipment(s): on or before 1 each per month beginning 12 months after receipt of order and repairables. NOTE: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel.
