This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation IAW FAR 5.202(13). The Government intends to issue a sole source award IAW FAR 6.302-1 to Jet Aviation Specialists, Inc. CAGE 1NLK7 with a close date of 29 March 2019 for the remanufacture of the TF33-PW-100 Turbine Nozzle Support. The requirement is anticipated to be a total of 12 months. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The requirements set forth in this notice are defined per USAF PR FD2030-19-01727 as follows: 1) This is a remanufacture requirement to be delivered IAW the Statement of Work, Air Force Technical Orders or OEM Acceptance Test Procedures to ensure the end item(s) are restored to a like new condition. 2) List of applicable CLINs: CLIN 0001: Overhaul of NSN: 2840-01-036-4842RV Noun: Turbine Nozzle Support PN: 767921 Application: TF-33 Engine Item description and function: Made of Inconel, 18.0 inches in diameter X 6 supports. CLIN 0001 AA: USAF Requirement Quantities: 55 - Delivery will be 30 days after receipt of order and reparables at the rate of 5 each per month until deliveries are complete. Early delivery is acceptable. CLIN 0002: Data 1 LT - Not Separately Priced 3) Required delivery referencing 2) above: Delivery for CLIN 0001 will be 30 days after receipt of order and reparable assets at the rate of 5 each per month until deliveries are complete.
