Request for Information (RFI) The 421st SCMS/GUMBA of the United States Air Force (USAF), Tinker Air Force Base, OK, is submitting this Request for Information (RFI) with the intent of determining if delivery requirements for the repair of the F-108 Turbine Clearance Control Valve (TCCV) are realistic and obtainable. This RFI is based on strategy changes implemented by the cognizant engineering authority. This strategy increases the repair capacity required as the percentage of replacement is increased. Through this RFI the USAF is conducting market research to establish realistic delivery requirements for the Request for Proposal (RFP). The USAF is determining if industry capability and capacity is available to meet the increased demand for the repair of the TCCV. The determination will be based on industry's ability to meet delivery of 12 - 15 each per month. The required delivery schedule would be for a quantity of 3 each per week until the total monthly delivery of 12 - 15 each is met. Interested parties are encouraged to respond with either positive or negative comments which will help the USAF in establishing this requirement. Parties are also encouraged to provide a better solution to meet the increased demand should it be determined that the delivery schedule is unrealistic. Please provide all responses to Ann Redwine via email at ann.redwine@us.af.mil. Should you have any questions or need further information please call Ann at 405 734-4613. THE INFORMATION REQUESTED THROUGH THIS RFI IS FOR PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY
