The following changes, and/or deletions to ITB# 24-070 are hereby made a part of the Bid Documents for the above referenced project as fully and as completely as though the same were included therein. The City of College Station invites qualified contractors to submit bids to provide remediation at the American Pavilion at Veterans Park Athletic Complex. See page S0.1 of remediation plans for Contractor Qualifications.
A Pre-bid Meeting will be held at City Hall 3rd Floor, Finance Conference Room 2, located at 1101 Texas Ave, College Station, Texas at 2:00 p.m. CT on Tuesday, July 16, 2024. This meeting is not mandatory, but attendance is highly recommended. A site visit will follow afterwards .
Questions and inquiries about this bid should be submitted in writing via the Q&A feature available through the Bidding System. The deadline for submitting written requests for clarification is Thursday, July 25, 2024 @ 2:00 PM. CT. Bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 6, 2024 @ 2:00 PM. CT.
