1. OBJET DU CONTRAT 1.1 L’OMHM procède à un appel d’offres public pour remise en état après sinistre logements 3 et 6, HABITATIONS Bedford, 3905, avenue Plamondon, Montréal, QC H3S 1L8 Arrondissement Côte-des-Neiges–Notre-Dame-de-Grâce. 1.2 Le projet consiste à réaliser tous les travaux conformément aux documents contractuels. Sans s’y limiter, la portée des travaux inclut réfection intérieure complète des logements 3 et 6 à la suite d’un sinistre incendie, incluant toutes les finitions, le remplacement de portes intérieures, équipements électriques & mécaniques conformes aux plans et devis. Les logements sont en grande partie dégarnis. 1.3 Les travaux seront réalisés dans un immeuble de 4 étages comprenant 55 logements destinés aux familles, couples et personnes seules. 1.4 Durant les travaux, les logements seront vacants. 2. DURÉE DES TRAVAUX 2.1 Selon la planification actuelle, il est prévu que les travaux débuteront dès la signature de la lettre d'engagement, mais cette date pourrait être modifiée par l’OMHM. Dans tel cas, la modification ne pourra pas servir à justifier une demande d’extra de la part de l’adjudicataire. 2.2 Les travaux devront être exécutés dans un délai maximal de 120 jours ouvrables de la date confirmée du début des travaux dans la lettre d’engagement.
