1. OBJET DU CONTRAT 1.1 L’OMHM procède à un appel d’offres public pour remise en état du logement 22 suite à un sinistre aux Habitations de l’Église (926), 2015, ave De L’Église, Arrondissement le Sud-Ouest, Montréal, QC, H4E 1H1. 1.2 Le projet consiste à réaliser tous les travaux conformément aux documents contractuels. Sans s’y limiter, la portée des travaux inclut remise en état des finis intérieurs et du logement 22 complet à la suite d’un incendie, en incluant quelques travaux de structure. 1.3 Les travaux seront réalisés dans un immeuble de trois (3) étages avec structure de bois et revêtement extérieur de briques avec sous-sol. L’immeuble comporte 24 logements destinés à des familles. Le sous-sol comporte des logements et des locaux techniques. 1.4 Durant les travaux, le logement sera vacant. 2. DURÉE DES TRAVAUX 2.1 Selon la planification actuelle, il est prévu que les travaux débuteront dès la signature de la lettre d’engagement, mais cette date pourrait être modifiée par l’OMHM. Dans tel cas, la modification ne pourra pas servir à justifier une demande d’extra de la part de l’adjudicataire. 2.2 Les travaux devront être exécutés dans un délai maximal de 75 jours ouvrables de la date confirmée du début des travaux dans la lettre d’engagement.
