REMOTE RADIO INTERFACES

Amendment A0003 is issued to 1) make note of and correct erroneous text of A0002 issued previously in that text of block 14 on page 1 incorrectly included reference to Amendment A0001 in lieu of correct #, A0002; 2) change language of text regarding the required technical data package to include a limitation that CBP anticipates its possible future requirements for RRIs to be no more than 200 additional units, thus impacting the relating licenses to be provided to CBP for such purposes; 3) the *** note at the bottom of the BID SCHEDULE has been changed, restricting the price of the Technical Data Package to a value not to exceed 40% of the total price for all items; 4) increase the time alloted to the Contractor for completion and delivery of the initial 10 units for first article testing (item 01 on the BID SCHEDULE) from 120 calendar days to 150 calendar days - text of item I.2 is updated accordingly; and 5) with respect to the change in Contracting Officer announced in Amendment A0002, the text of items G.2, G.3.1, and L.4 has been revised to reflect this change. See attached amendment with revised replacement pages. Revised BID SCHEDULE annotated A0003 has been uploaded to the site for download and utilization by prospective Offerors. Future correspondence regarding this requirement will be issued by the new Contracting Officer, Mr. Thomas J. Chouinard. (See Amendment A0002). No Other Changes
