Clarifications: Q: Can you describe your concept of operations - how do you plan to use the device and will the device always be within WiFi coverage? A: We plan to use the device to enhance surveillance during Air Shows and other flightline mass participant events. We will not always need WiFi. In fact WiFi will not be needed until approves WiFi AF wide. Q: Can you confirm your solar power requirements? Based on our reading of your current requirements, the platform will not be able to sustain operations under solar power. You will always be on "shore" power. This approach is fine if it fits into your concept of operations. A: Solar power is not mandatory. It is a great backup but not necessary. Shore power is fine. Quantity needed: 2 each
