Services Non-Personal: The Air Force intends to solicit and negotiate a competitive contract. The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment, supplies, materials, personal protective equipment (PPE), hearing and eye protection, including prescription safety glasses, lifting equipment and devices, transportation, and other incidentals necessary to travel to Tinker AFB, OK, to perform the Removal and Replacement of 132 Tow Way Bollards on the Tow Way North of building 3001. A time and materials (T&M) and/or Firm Fixed Price (FFP) are contemplated. The proposed basic period of performance is 28 June 10 to 27 June 11. The proposed option year one period of performance is 28 June 11 to 27 June 12. The proposed option year two period of performance is 28 June 12 to 27 June 13. The solicitation will identify the office where additional information can be obtained concerning qualification requirements. The approximate issue date of the solicitation will be 24 June 10. The approximate response date of the solicitation will be 11 June 2010. The solicitation will be available for download on the release date from https://www.fbo.gov . Central Contractor Registration is required to receive any award. Contractors can register electronically at http://ccr.gov. ORCA registration is also required and the contractors can register electronically at http://orca.bpn.gov. Electronic procedures will be used for this award.
