Conditions : seuls sont considérés aux fins d’octroi du contrat, les soumissionnaires ayant leur principale place d’affaires au Québec ou, lorsqu’un accord intergouvernemental est applicable, au Québec ou dans une province ou un territoire visé par cet accord et qui possèdent la licence requise en vertu de la Loi sur le bâtiment (L.R.Q., c. B-1.1).
