Description sommaire des travaux de construction requis : Cet appel d’offres vise à trouver un ENTREPRENEUR apte à réaliser le remplacement complet des appareils de chauffage électrique encastrés existants par de nouveaux appareils de chauffage électrique conformes aux normes en vigueur. Les fils électriques existants de type câblage en coton seront retirés et remplacés par un nouveau filage conforme au Code en vigueur. Ces travaux nécessiteront notamment l’installation de conduits électriques apparents en surface, lorsque requis. L’ensemble des thermostats existants sera remplacé par des thermostats intelligents. Ceux-ci seront intégrés à un nouveau système de gestion et de contrôle numérique direct (DDC). De plus, les deux panneaux électriques existants seront démantelés et remplacés par de nouveaux panneaux électriques conformes aux exigences réglementaires actuelles.
