Full Description

The Internal Revenue Service intends to issue a purchase order on a sole source basis to Computer Output Print & Internet (COPI). The proposed sole source award will be for a one (1) year PakZ for the Code Z417 to be used with the Enterprise License. Proposed coverage dates are December 1, 2013 to November 30, 2014. The authority for this sole source is FAR 13.106(b)(1). The COPI software is currently used to apply a PDF417 2D Barcode on IMF notices composed by the Notice Conversion (NOTCON) system. Fifty eight (58) of these notices currently have the SSN masked (approximately 26.6 annual volume) and the only way to identify the taxpayer is through the 2D barcode. All responsible sources who can provide the above requirement shall submit a quote via email to russell.e.critterton@irs.gov. All quotes must be received NLT 11:00 AM, Eastern Time, November 29,2013. No equivalents accepted. All quotes shall include: Price, Point of Contact (name, email address and telephone number, GSA Contract Number if applicable, business size, payment terms, Taxpayer Identification Number, and Dunn & Bradstreet Number. All responses must reference Q4QF42SSS26000. If no affirmative responses are received a sole source award will be made to Computer Output Print & Internet (COPI).
