Renovation of small bathroom

Please note that the solicitation is not ready to be issued at this time. The U.S. Embassy Oslo, Norway has a requirement for the renovation of a small bathroom at a residence within Oslo, Norway. The successful offeror shall provide bathroom renovation services, including, but not limited to, the management and labor necessary to meet the Statement of Work (SOW) requirements to renovate a small bathroom within the established timeframe. The contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, hand tools, transportation, safety equipment and services required to complete the renovation. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000-$100,000 USD. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. The Government is planning a pre-proposal conference and the date for this conference is specified in the solicitation.
