Renovations + Reconstruction - 115 Bigelow Street, Binghamton, NY 13904

The project will be performed under a single prime contract, with the General Contractor (GC) assuming full responsibility for coordination and completion of all project components. The project includes renovations to an existing two-story residence, including, but not limited to, the following:Exterior improvements will include replacement and upgrades to the roofing system, gutters, and downspouts; replacement of exterior doors and vinyl windows; installation of exterior vinyl siding with rigid insulation and associated accessories; reconstruction of the front porch; construction of a new rear deck; reconstruction of the garage roof; installation of a new driveway; and general landscaping improvements.Interior improvements include:First Floor: The kitchen and pantry areas will be fully gutted and reconstructed. The Living Room and stairway will be patched, repaired, and refinished.Second Floor: The existing bathroom will be fully gutted and reconstructed. Two bedrooms and their closets will be refinished, and new attic insulation will be installed. Interior finish work will include new cabinetry, countertops, and casework; installation of LVT flooring, subway wall tile and porcelain floor tile; refinishing of existing hardwood flooring (first and second floor); refinishing of stairs and railings; restoration and painting of existing interior trim; patch and repair all wall surfaces; installation of new ceiling substrates in the kitchen and bathroom; and complete interior painting throughout. All HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems will be upgraded and modernized throughout the property.
