The US Government needs leasing services for five vehicles for a period of three months. Vehicles description as follows:


  • Three (3) SUV regular size manual transmission, AC, full-gasoline engine 1.5 LT or superior, and
  • Two (2) SUV mid-size manual or automatic transmission, AC, full-gasoline 4x2 engine 2.0 LT or superior

The Vehicles' lease terms must include a monthly mileage of 3,000km or higher, each. Vehicles must be capable of being maintained in Ecuador with spare parts available locally at reasonable cost and should be covered by the local rent company. Rates must include extended LDW and liability protection. Vehicles will be driven by Embassy partners on a daily basis.


Security / Special Requirements

  • Units must be delivered and available in the main cities of Ecuador: Quito, Guayaquil and  Manta
  • Service must include scheduled vehicle maintenance covered by rental company.
  • Vehicle annual registration fees must be completed and covered by rental company.
  • Spare vehicles must be granted for replacement during scheduled maintenance that exceeds 8 hours.
  • Rental companies must offer 24/7 assistance for maintenance or other requests
  • Rental company must offer permanent unit replacements after 72 hours of request.
  • Rental company must offer total insurance coverage for these units, with no deductible charges in case of an incident.

Payment terms: Credit of 30 days after monthly invoice submission within the Embassy platform. The invoice must be submitted after the service is received.
