The Department of Fisheries and Oceans Canada has a requirement to rent a shooting range for mandatory Fishery Officer annual firearms qualification. Conservation and Protection requires the use of a firearms range to conduct mandatory annual firearms qualification for Fishery Officers stationed in the Lower Fraser Area and Regional Headquarters. Conservation and Protection must be able to have sole access to the Range for May 13- 17, 2024 from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm and May 20-24, 2024 from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm. Conservation and Protection must be provided key or combination to any locks in order to access the Range and any washroom facilities for May 13-17, and May 20-24, 2024. Conservation and Protection will need access to washroom facility cleaning supplies, paper towels and toilet paper for the washroom area for all Conservation and Protection staff using the facility. Conservation and Protection Staff will be responsible for Range and washroom facility clean up at the end of each day. Supplier has to provide Target Backers for Conservation and Protection use while in the Range. The above requirements will also be needed for the dates of: • May 12-16, 2025 • May 26-30, 2025 • May 11-15, 2026 • May 25-29, 2026
