Description of Requirement: The objective of this Request for Standing Offers is to find Offerors that will be able to provide hydraulically deployed mobile stages for various events and celebrations in the National Capital Region (NCR). This may include events that recur year to year or one-off special events that occur on an “as and when required” basis. Duration of Contract: The Department of Canadian Heritage (PCH) is seeking to establish up to two (2) Standing Offers for an initial period of two (2) years from May 13, 2026, to May 12, 2028, with the possibility of extending by up to two (2) additional one (1) year periods. Evaluation Process and Selection Methodology: Offers will be assessed in accordance with the entire requirement of the Request for Standing Offers (RFSO) including the technical and financial evaluation criteria. Security Requirements: There are security requirements associated with the resulting contract/standing offer: 1. The Offeror personnel who require access to regulates worksites must hold a valid SITE ACCESS STATUS, issued or approved by Canadian Heritage (PCH). 2. Subcontracts which contain security requirements are not to be awarded without the prior written permission of PCH. 3. The Offeror must comply with the provisions of the Security Requirements Check List (SRCL).
