Scope: Repair / replace existing 18'x12'x3" high bay blast door and motor inside Navy Munition warehouse. Navy architect to lead the design on the replacement of the blast door with similar specifications IAW appropriate NAVSEA, UFC and electrical code. Contractors to conduct site visit to field verify the existing condition. AF 103 to be processed prior to start of construction. Scope: Respectfully request to replace all NMCPAC EAD Unit Misawa compound fencing barbed wire. Currently all barbed wiring is facing the incorrect direction. Justification: Flagged by Navy Security. Justification: 36-years old existing blast door is beyond repair and parts are obsolete. Provide sampling of asbestos/lead/cadmium/chromium and dispose as required by JEGS, EPA and other federal regulations. Funding source: Navy SRM Tentative award date: FY24 Q1
