COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION NOTICE
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

REQUIREMENT DESCRIPTION
The 47th Contracting Squadron at Laughlin Air Force Base, Texas, intends to award a single-award, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials to repair and replace flooring in up to 41 Student Pilot Housing units. Work includes the demolition of existing baseboards, subfloor preparation, and the complete installation of new Government-specified Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) flooring, vinyl wall base, transition strips, and thresholds.
SITE VISIT AND BASE ACCESS
Laughlin AFB is a controlled-access installation. All site visit attendees must be U.S. citizens and be able to obtain a base pass for entry. To be granted access, attendees must not have any derogatory information that would prevent access to a Federal installation. The Government will not sponsor any individual unable to meet these standard access requirements.
