Description: The 99th Contracting Squadron, Nellis AFB, is conducting a MARKET SURVEY to determine the interest and capability of HUBZone, 8(a), and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned small business firms in NAICS Code 236210 for project RKMF 06-0098, Repair Interior Hangar 220. Project Description: Work shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, transportation, supervision, and all else required to repair and renovate Building 220 at Nellis AFB, Nevada. (Work includes HVAC, electrical, plumbing, communications, security and fire protection systems.) Magnitude of Construction: Between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 Notice: Funds are presently not available but are reasonably assured for this project. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after closing date. Response: Response is solicited from (1) SBA certified small business HubZone firms; (2) small business firms certified by a Small Business Administration (SBA) district or regional office for participation in the 8(a) program; (3) service-disabled veteran-owned small business firms; and (4) large business firms.
