Design milestones are tightly scheduled over a 73-day period, and a comprehensive Quality Control Plan must be submitted within ten working days of notice to proceed and approved prior to any construction activity. The contractor is required to hire an independent testing laboratory for all system certifications, submit detailed test results within 72 hours of completion, and provide daily quality control logs.
