The Warner Robins Air Logistics Center intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price purchase order to BAE Systems, Electronics and Integrated Solutions for the repair of 18 AN/ALR-56M Advanced Radar Warning Receiver Circuit Card Assemblies. These components are shop replaceable units installed within the Analysis Processor. The government is utilizing a sole source procurement process because it lacks the detailed dimension and testing data required to allow other vendors to perform the repairs. The solicitation was scheduled for release around April 28, 2010, with an anticipated award date of July 9, 2010. Once the order is received, delivery is required within 60 days at a rate of approximately five units per month. Interested parties were invited to submit statements of capabilities to the contract specialist to determine if the procurement should remain non-competitive.
