Repair of Digitally Tuned Oscillator ISO ALQ-131

The 408 SCMS/GULA has a requirement for the AN/ALQ-131 Digital Tune Oscillator (DTO), NSN: 5955-01-466-6451EW, PN: 9815241-101. This effort consolidates repair requirements into a single, long-term vehicle in order to provide significantly improved delivery times and lower total cost to the Government. The Government intends to award a five year, Requirements contract with best estimated quantities (BEQs). The resultant contract will be structured with one Basic Contract Period of twelve (12) months and four (4) annual ordering periods and will be sole source to General Microwave Corporation. The contract will contain one CLIN for repair of DTO's, one CLIN for condemnation of DTO's and one Data CLIN with eight SubCLINs. Delivery requirements for each DTO shall be variable - 30 days for routine repairs, MICAP and SURGES are to be delivered within 15 days of notice.
