This is a notice of intent to award a sole-source contract. However, any firm that believes it can satisfy this requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.This effort is for: REPAIR of the USAF F16 C/D CPDG/eCPDG. This repair consists of major overhaul including complete or substantial tear-down into component parts. This tear-down includes reworking or replacing most parts in the SRU assemblies. Reusable disassembled item components shall be used as replacement components for restoring functionality of other items. These reusable components are not required to maintain the end item identification. The SRU item parts shall be reassembled so as to furnish a totally rebuilt item. The repair processes used by the contractor shall bring service life back to the reconditioned items.
