WR-ALC intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price IDIQ contract for the test, technical evaluation, and repair of Low Voltage Power Supplies used in the AN/ALR-56C Radar Warning Receiver. The contract structure consists of a one-year basic period with four additional one-year option periods, totaling a maximum duration of five years. The total quantity of units for repair across all periods includes 333 for the basic year, 209 for option one, 176 for option two, 187 for option three, and 177 for option four. Deliveries are to be made to Robins AFB, Georgia, with a required delivery schedule of 60 days after receipt of assets and funding at a rate of 20 units per month. Due to the specialized technical capabilities and data required for these components, competition is limited to three qualified sources: Crane Electronics, Inc., Pacific Electronic Enterprises, Inc., and British Aerospace Enterprises Systems. This limited competition is authorized under 10 USC 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). The scope of work includes the provision of repair data for one loop and the overall maintenance of the power supply units to ensure operational power for the radar warning receiver and associated aircraft panel lighting.
