NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support Philadelphia intends to solicit a sole source contract with Lockheed Martin for the repair of one flight display unit, part number 343A564-1 and NSN 7R6610016815999. This procurement is being conducted under NAICS code 334511 and FSC 6610. The acquisition will follow the procedures prescribed in FAR Part 15, and the government will not use FAR Part 12 commercial item policies. While this is a sole source intent, other interested organizations may submit capability statements or quotations within six days of the synopsis to determine if a competitive repair is feasible. Any firm not already approved to manufacture this material must submit a Source Approval Request, though the repair process will not be delayed for such approvals.
