The NBC would like to repair the Cross of Sacrifice Monument.
Delivery: All services must be completed for September 29th 2023.
The government reserves the right to negociate the conditions of any contract with suppliers. Documents can be presented in either of the official languages of Canada.
Call for tenders closing date: Tuesday, May 30, 2023, at 2:00 pm (EST)
OPTIONAL VISIT: The optional visit to the Cross of Sacrifice Monument will take place on Friday, May 12, 2023 at 10:00 to 11:00 am. Please confirm your attendance with the contracting authority.
Note: The Contractor must retain the services of the Centre de conservation du Québec (CCQ), whose restorers will act as conservation experts. The tasks and duties to be completed in coordination with the CCQ are described in the plans and specifications.
The contractor must provide an allowance of $17 150 exclude tax for the CCQ’s services. The work shall be paid for upon presentation of supporting documents from the CCQ without any mark-up or profit for the Contractor. This allowance includes, but is not limited to, professional fees and travel and living expenses for the CCQ resources.
Late proposals will not be taken into consideration.
Proposals sent by fax machine will not be accepted.

Any requests for technical or contractual information must be presented to the contracting authority.
