31st Contracting Squadron, Aviano Air Base, Italy, intends to negotiate a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract for Radiographic C-ARM Hologic model Insight PXS11-100-35 repair, in accordance with FAR part 13. The contract will be awarded to Technologic srl. Market research was previously conducted and it has been determined that this is a sole source requirement IAW FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(A&B). This is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation is available. All interested source must respond in writing with clear and convincing evidence to support their ability to provide timely and effective services within six (6) days of this pubblication. A determination by the Government not to compete this action based on responses received is a solely within the discretion of Government. Line item are as follows: CLIN 0001-AA REPAIR RADIOGRAPHIC C-ARM QTY 1 Authority: FAR 6302-1(a)(2)(iii)(A&B) and 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) or U.S.C. 253(C)(1): Only one responsible source and no other supplier or services will satisfy agency requirement.
