Full Description

The 934th Airlift Wing is soliciting for Project #QJKL 11-0015, Repair Restroom Bldg 821. Furnish all labor, materials equipment, tools, transportation and supervision to repair the restroom in Building 821 in strict accordance with the Statement of Work and drawings. Work includes (but is not limited to) removal and disposal of existing ceramic and asbestos flooring, ceramic wall tile, suspended ceiling, lights, doors, fixtures, accessories, lockers, radiator and exhaust system. Installation of new flooring, ceramic wall tile, paint, suspended ceiling, lights, doors, fixtures, accessories, lockers, radiator and exhaust system. NOTICE TO OFFERORS: Funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made until funds are available to make payments under a contract. The government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation either before or after bid opening/RFQ closing with no obligation to the offeror by the government. Performance period is 60 days and work is located at the 934th Airlift Wing 760 Military Hwy, Bldg 821, Minneapolis, MN. Magnitude of Acquisition is between $25K and $100K. NAICS Code: 238390, $14M This is a total Small Business Set-Aside with proposals due on 11 July 2012 4:00pm CST. A single firm- fixed price contract is anticipated be awarded. Site visits can be scheduled in advance with Joan Winston 612-713-1433, Joan.Winston@us.af.mil (see page 22 of RFQ).
