The 146th Airlift Wing, California Air National Guard, located at Channel Islands Air National Guard Base, California, intends to issue a request for proposal (RFP) to award a single firm fixed-price contract for a project to Repair Roofs, Multiple Facilities. Construction services will consist of removing and replacing roofing material on 5 facilities. Magnitude of the project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Construction/contract completion time is 120 calendar days after notice to proceed to include inspection and punch list. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 238160. The small business size standard is $15.0 million average annual revenue for the previous three years.
