The contract is structured as a firm fixed-price arrangement with two distinct line items: CLIN 0001 for TT&E and CLIN 0002 for repair, where the repair quote must be submitted and definitized by the DCMA ACO only after TT&E completion. Pricing for data deliverables including Commercial Asset Visibility Air Force Reporting, Repairable Item Inspection Reports, Counterfeit Protection Program data, and Engineering Change Proposals are not separately priced but bundled into the repair CLIN costs. Performance must occur at the manufacturer’s facility with delivery destined to DLA Distribution Barstow, under a 210-day ARO schedule, with early and partial shipments permitted, and F.O.B. origin terms applying.
