THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS NOR QUATATIONS.


The Government intends to solicit this requirement directly from suppliers IAW RFO FAR 12.201-1(c)(2) for firm-fixed price contract for Repair the Mass Notification System at Bldg.761 and Bldg.763, Camp Zama, Japan.  Anticipated award date is around 15 Aug 2026 (subject to change).


Description of Services:


The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials, and any other items or services necessary to repair the Mass Notification System (MNS) at Bldg.761 and Bldg.763, Camp Zama (CZ).  The contractor shall perform in accordance with (IAW) this Performance Work Statement (PWS), commercial standards and practices, and the manufacturer’s specifications.



Notes:


This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must have valid licenses to meet the requirement in the country of Japan.
