Scope of work were based on ICAP inspection and Builder Generated Requirements deficiencies of the facility. Project will perform the following: 1] Replace metal roof, chain-link fence assembly, roof edge flashing, rain gutter & downspouts, repair / replace of steel pipe posts/ columns, angle bar beam, girts, rafters and zee purlins with channel bars, sandblasting and painting tasks, 2] Replace air compressor, complete with new air-main piping lines, approx._40-lf., complete with all required support bracket, pipes/fittings, 1-each valves, 1-each air compressor regulators with hoses, 1-each gauges and all required accessories, 3]. Replace electrical system including conduits, wiring, fittings, switches, outlets, panels, lighting fixtures, and other required hardware.
