Full Description

Scope of work were based on the ICAP/ BUILDER GENERATED deficiencies of the facility. Project will perform the following: 1]. Install new cross main and branch line piping's complete with fittings, pipe support/ hanger, brackets and all required accessories, 2]. Install new sprinkler system riser assembly including valves, fittings, and all required accessories, 3]. Install 1-ea new double check backflow preventer for the sprinkler riser complete with fittings, support, valves, mounting brackets and all required accessories, 4]. The entire metal framings, metal roof panels, rafters/ girts, cee/ zee purlins, valley gutter and downspouts, wall translucent / plastic panels, flashings, and painting works.
