Full Description

The Internal Revenue Service intends to issue a non-competitive Purchase Order using the simplified acquisition procedures of FAR Part 13 to JW Broadcasting, LLC, 501 Business Loop 70 East, Columbia, MO 65201. This acquisition is for lease of antenna space located near Jamestown, MO. The establishment or relocation of an IRS repeater triggers several additional reengineering costs and administrative burden to the government often found to be in excess of $30,000.00. Also, each current IRS repeater site is registered with the NTIA that allows CI to legally transmit RF and cannot be moved without authorization and re-registration with NTIA to ensure other frequencies do not interfere with IRS transmissions. JW Broadcasting has proprietary rights to this antenna site. No requests for Quotation will be prepared or requested. No telephone requests will be accepted.
