This is a combined synopsis/solicitation of commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request For Quote (RFQ). This procurement is being issued as 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE under the North American Industrial Classification Standard code #314110 and Small Business Size Standard 500, applies to this procurement. Description of requirements: 01-Replace carpet of 100 rooms at Bldg. 280, 2nd floor Student Officer dorm. The new carpet to be installed shall be a 32 oz. carpet as opposed to what is stated in the Statement of Work. All new carpet to be installed shall be Bigelow Commercial, Mod, with Duralock MG Ultra High density attached cushion as opposed to what is stated in the Statement of Work. Color: 7869 Ultra Contemporary. See attached Statement of Work.
