Pre-Solicitation Notice - Replace Feeder K1 - K Sub to Pole K1 3/15 Department of the Air Force, Air Force Space Command, 30 CONS, 1515 Iceland Ave, Room 150, Vandenberg AFB, CA 93437-5212 Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date for receipt of proposals. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. The Air Force intends to issue a solicitation, Request for Proposal Number FA4610-14-R-0014, for the replacement of Feeder K1 - K Sub to Pole K1 3/15 at Vandenberg AFB, California, on or about 28 May 2014. The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, and materials to design and replace the Feeder K1 - K Sub to Pole K1 3/15 on Vandenberg AFB. The award is contemplated as a 100% set-aside for small business. The NAICS code is 238210 and the size standard is $14.0M. The magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
