Replace Joint Seals Around Deicing Pits

Contractor to furnish all plant, labor, parts, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision required to complete the following construction projects, Replace Joint Seals Around Deicing Pits, to include the following: (1) Remove existing joint sealant between concrete slabs around dewicing pits. (2) Clean out joints and re-install approximately 42,000 LF of joint sealant. Work will be performed at the 914 Airlift Wing, Niagara Falls ARS, Niagara County, NY. Performance Time is 60 calendar days. A single Firm Fixed-Price construction contract will be awarded. The solicitation is set-aside 100% for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). The NAICS code is 238110, the SIC code is 1771 and the Small Business Size Standard is $14,000,000. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $250,000 and $500,000. Estimated issue date for the solicitation is 22 July 2010 with IFB closing approximately 30 days thereafter. The complete solicitation will only be available at http://www.fedbizopps.gov.
