The contractor will be required to perform an initial survey and a final survey after replacing the rails. The supporting I-beams are not being modified and the existing clip bolt holes are to be reutilized. The rails, rail hardware, and supporting beams are painted with Lead Primer. Demobilize once work is complete. Note that Amendment 0001 has the number 0003 in Block 2 of the SF30. Amendment 0002 has the number 0005 in Block 2 of the SF30.

Physical Access Control System (PACS) Refresh & Maintenance
Solicitation # PANGLR-26-P-000031815
The United States Army Corps of Engineers Detroit District intends to sole source a contract to Siemens Industry Inc. for the refresh and maintenance of the Physical Access Control System at its Detroit, Michigan headquarters. This procurement is justified under the specialized nature of the C-CURE system, ensuring the facility maintains 24/7 emergency support and operational functionality.
