The project also includes a gut renovation to the +/-900sf existing building for restrooms, which includes roof replacement, building envelope, MEP systems, electrical service upgrade, interior wall partitions, slab on grade replacement, and finishes. Project includes hazardous materials abatement. Plans will be available after August 9, 2024 through Syracuse Blueprint (+1 (555) 000-0000 & https://www.syracuseblueprintplanroom.com/ ).
