Texas State Technical College (TSTC) is seeking a turnkey proposal for the replacement of aging vehicle lifts at the Kultgen Automotive Center on the Waco campus. This solicitation, identified as Project 57, is a reissue with a revised scope of work. The project is divided into three consecutive phases: the deinstallation of 12 two-post lifts, the provision and installation of 13 new Challenger CL10AV3 2-post above-ground automotive lifts including utility connections and concrete repair, and the relocation and reinstallation of one 4-post lift and one 2-post lift. The successful supplier must provide a minimum one-year labor and installation warranty, conduct operator training for faculty and staff, and handle the disposal of all packaging materials. Proposals must be submitted exclusively through the official portal by November 12, 2026. Evaluation will be based on itemized turnkey pricing, the proposed project approach to minimize operational disruption, and the project timeline. While TSTC prefers the work to be performed during the student winter break from December 21 to January 10, they are open to alternative schedules based on equipment lead times. An optional site walk is scheduled for November 3, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. CT. All work must adhere to manufacturer specifications and industry safety standards.
