This requirement is for: The Correctional Service of Canada (CSC) Grand Valley Institution, Ontario Region. Trade agreement: Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) Tendering procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid. Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest priced compliant bid Set-aside under the Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business: This procurement is not subject to any set-asides for Indigenous Suppliers. Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: This procurement is not subject to a Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement. Security Requirements: This contract does not include security requirements. Nature of Requirements: The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement. The Correctional Service of Canada (CSC) requires services of a qualified licenced electrical contractor, for the removal and installation of light bases, poles and luminaires within the compound at Grand Valley Institution in Ontario Region. Objectives: The Contractor must remove and dispose of the twenty-nine (29) existing light bases, poles and luminaires and supply and install twenty-nine (29) new light bases, poles and luminaires located within the compound at Grand Valley Institution. All lighting the Contractor must install, must be energy efficient luminaires. Deliverables: The Contractor must provide all personnel, tools, services, supplies, materials, supervision and equipment to complete the work as described. All material must be new. Any conditions for participation of suppliers not specified in solicitation documentation: none Estimated quantity of commodity: see solicitation document statement of work and basis of payment. Duration of Contract and Time Frame for Delivery: Construction Time: The Contractor must perform and complete the work within 12 weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer.
