Amendment 01 - Extension of Bid closing date
*
The Canadian Space Agency intends to retain the services of a contractor, qualified to practice and holding a Quebec permit, to provide the necessary services in order to replace a gas water heater with an electric one at the John H. Chapman Centre.
The Contractor must perform and complete the Work by February 28, 2025. See specifications for the project milestones. The electric water heater must be ordered after contract award, and work on the site cannot begin before April 1, 2024.
OPTIONAL SITE VISIT
It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held at Canadian Space Agency, 6767 Route de l’Aeroport, Saint-Hubert, Qc, J3Y 8Y9 on December 6, 2023. The site visit will begin at at 10:00 am (EST). Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than December 5, 2023 at 2:00 pm (EST) to confirm attendance
