The City of Tallahassee, Florida (hereinafter referred to as the "City"), by way of this document, requests Proposals for a full function modern OMS with managed services. The managed services portion should include updates to software, patches, upgrades to major versions, technical assistance, pre and post storm analysis of system, integration maintenance and upgrades, and development assistance. We are interested in the transition to hosted cloud instance but would like options. Please bid this two ways: 1. Completely hosted in the cloud instance, and a fully on premise instance.
