Replacement of Robert Moses Field 2 and Field 4 Men’s and Women’s Restroom Partitions, Doors and Urinal Privacy Panels

The New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation is soliciting quotes for the removal, disposal, and installation of restroom partitions, doors, and urinal privacy panels at Robert Moses State Park, specifically within the Field 2 and Field 4 men's and women's restrooms. The scope of work includes the installation of 18 partitions, 14 urinal privacy panels, and 22 doors, consisting of 20 standard and 2 ADA-compliant units. Additionally, the contractor must install OPRHP-provided grab rails and toilet tissue dispensers. All partitions must be at least 1/2 inch thick solid phenolic panels with overhead bracing and stainless steel hardware. The awarded vendor is required to verify all measurements and obtain OPRHP approval before placing orders. The contract is a one-time engagement with a completion deadline of March 1, 2027, and work may be performed seven days a week. Awarding will be based on the lowest quote from a responsive and responsible bidder who meets all technical specifications. This project is classified as public work under New York Labor Law, requiring the payment of prevailing wages under PRC number 2026026661. Contractors must maintain comprehensive general liability insurance with a general aggregate limit of 2 million dollars and name the State of New York and OPRHP as additional insureds. Submissions must be made using the official RFQ document by the deadline of November 17, 2026, and must include certifications regarding non-collusive bidding, lobbying compliance, and prior responsibility determinations.
