DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – Project No. ML000191_85639 – Replacement of the waterwork and sewer system – Lot 4, Montreal Garrison (QC) The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision, and equipment required for the recapitalization of sanitary and storm sewer networks, waterworks, pavement, construction of an underground retention basin, as well as related works at the Montreal Garrison (QC). A site visit has been arranged for the following date, time, and location. It is highly recommended that bidders attend this visit. Date: April 9, 2026 Time: 11:00 a.m., local time Location: 6363 Notre-Dame Street East, Montreal, QC H1N 3V9 Bidders should email the DCC contact identified in this posting, no later than noon on April 8, 2026, to register for the non-mandatory site visit. The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the range of $23,100,000. The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 217 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 30 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion. This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with the requirements set out in the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), Chapter Nineteen of the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) and the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-GPA). The resulting Contract will include an Indigenous Benefits Plan (IBP) that aims to provide opportunities for businesses owned and lead by Indigenous People.
